Quand tout devient urgent

Five-minute microlearning – a French-language module focused on task prioritization.

The module uses the Eisenhower Matrix as a simple method to help learners distinguish between urgency and importance and choose the right action: do, plan, delegate, or eliminate. The learning experience combines a contextual introduction, a concise presentation of the method, two practice activities, and a final reflection to help learners apply what they learned in their work.

About this project

Challenge

Professionals often face multiple tasks, requests and interruptions at the same time.
When everything seems urgent, it can be difficult to decide what really deserves attention first.

Learning solution

A 5-minute, self-paced microlearning experience built around one practical method: the Eisenhower Matrix.
Learners discover the method, apply it to realistic work situations, receive immediate feedback and reflect on how to use it in their own work.

Learners
