about

Hi, I’m Patrycja.

For more than 10 years in Learning & Development, I’ve helped people learn, grow, and perform in international environments. Most of my career has been dedicated to supporting learning initiatives for French organizations while collaborating with global teams to deliver seamless learning experiences.

I bring seven years of remote work experience in international Learning & Development, collaborating across cultures and time zones while building strong relationships with learners, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders.

French has been part of my life for over 20 years. Living in France and India, together with years of working in French-speaking environments, has given me a deep understanding of cultural differences, communication styles, and collaboration across international teams. As a native Polish speaker, I work professionally in French and English, allowing me to communicate effectively and collaborate confidently in multicultural environments.

Today, I bring together over a decade of Learning & Development experience and Learning Experience Design to create engaging, practical, and meaningful learning experiences.

I believe great learning design begins with asking the right questions. Before choosing tools or technology, I focus on understanding the problem, the context, and the people I’m designing for. By combining analysis, empathy, curiosity, and thoughtful design, I create learning experiences that solve real problems rather than simply deliver information.

I use AI and modern technologies as creative partners throughout the design process—from research and analysis to ideation, prototyping, and content development. Yet every important design decision starts and ends with people.

I’m also passionate about visual design. I believe effective learning experiences should be not only impactful but also intuitive, aesthetically consistent, and enjoyable to use.

My long-standing interest in psychology and human behavior helps me better understand learners, motivation, and behavior change.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on a highline or practicing meditation. Highlining has taught me patience, resilience, curiosity, and trust in the process, while meditation has strengthened my ability to stay present, listen deeply, and approach challenges with clarity. Both continue to shape the way I design learning experiences—with empathy, focus, and intention.
